Tickets are sold through Grofomo, via our website and official channels. Tickets bought from resellers or social media sellers may not be valid.

If the event has not sold out, a limited number may be available on the door. Booking ahead is safer.

No. Digital tickets are accepted. Charge your phone and turn your screen brightness up before you arrive.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled. Bookings may have a short cooling-off period, so check with Grofomo.

Contact Grofomo with your booking reference. Tickets cannot be reissued at the gate.

Valid photo ID only: a passport, driving licence or MOD 90. You may be refused entry without it.

Yes. Bag and personal searches take place on entry. There is a strict no-drugs policy, with amnesty bins before the entrance and drug dogs and officers on site. Anyone found with drugs will be refused entry.

No alcohol or drugs, no glass, no weapons or sharp objects, no fireworks or flares, no drones or laser pens, and no large bags.

Small backpacks and handbags only. Large bags may be refused entry.

Accessible toilets and step-free routes are available where possible, though some ground is uneven. Get in touch before the event and we will do what we can to help.
